These terms govern your use of Music Theory Lessons Worksheet Studio at worksheets.musictheorylessons.net, including worksheet generation, account features, Google sign-in, and Studio Club subscriptions.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using Worksheet Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Worksheet Studio lets music educators generate printable music theory worksheets with matching answer keys. Features may change over time as we improve the product. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You may sign up with email and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. One free trial per verified account unless we approve otherwise in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Educators may use generated materials with their students without those students needing separate accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Worksheet Studio only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-export the service in ways that compete with it
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the generator itself or automated access to it
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
  • Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Classroom and worksheet use

Subscribers may print and distribute worksheets generated through the service to their own students for classroom, studio, or private-lesson use. You may not republish our worksheet layouts, branding, or generator output as a competing worksheet product or template marketplace without our permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid Studio Club plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

You may cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for additional billing details.

Intellectual property

Music Theory Lessons owns the Worksheet Studio software, website, branding, and underlying content. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended educational purpose.

You retain ownership of custom settings and classroom materials you create using the service, subject to these terms and our rights in the underlying platform.

Disclaimer

Worksheet Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for accuracy in generated music theory content, but we do not guarantee that every worksheet is error-free or suitable for every teaching context. You are responsible for reviewing materials before use with students.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Theory Lessons and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
